Our destinations include localities as varied as Bootle, the tough industrial town to the north of Liverpoll, and New Brighton, the fairground paradise of the Liverpudlians.
Along the way, we take our own journey on a ferry across the Mersey, the river whose merchant seamen literally smuggled rock’n’roll into the UK, in the form of vinyl LPs.
